Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Upmood. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

 

All orders are printed on-demand. Choose your order, add them to cart, complete the payment process, and wait for the product delivered to the comfort of your home.

Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return Upmood Watch and/or Band from the date you received it.

 

You can also use your 12 month warranty with the following conditions: The warranty period applies from the first date of purchase and any claim must be made within 12 months.

 

To be eligible for the warranty service and return policy, you must present the proof of purchase. Upmood Watch/Band must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

 

This warranty and return policy cover defects in materials and manufacturing and excludes defects caused by misuse (getting the product wet, physical damage due to force among others), poor storage, and unauthorized repair.

 

Important reminder: You would need to send the product to our Hong Kong office and cover the shipment cost initially. This can be refunded if the product’s damage is a fault on our end.
