38% of people quit their gym routine due to lack of motivation.
EVE helps personal trainers combat this by identifying moments of enjoyment and challenge during exercise.
This insight supercharges client communication and drives higher motivation and better outcomes.
EVE is...
Exertion x Valence Evaluation
We use Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to give you insight into the level of exertion and valence in your athlete.
How it Works
1. Use Upmood wearable and app to monitor client’s physiological markers and emotion
2. See live data on how hard your client is working, AND
how much they’re enjoying the exercises
3. Give customized suggestions on weightage, frequency or activity based on the data
4. Each session strikes the optimal balance between exertion and valence to keep your athlete motivated
This is for you if you want to...
-
Help clients maintain motivation for longer
-
Extend the lifetime value of your clients
-
Build a reputation as a wellness-first coach
